Welding with an extremely short and highly precise TIG-arc. The welding times for the above mentioned areas of application are usually around 80 to 120 ms with current intensities from 10-80 A. |

Examples of use:
Halogen lamp H4 for the automotive industry. The TIG short time welding units (micro-TIG) are used for automated serial production as well as for custom made versions. The lamp pins are connected to the base with an extremely short welding pulse (100ms)
Rounding of glow plugs for diesel vehicles. The tip of the glow plug is rounded via short pulses
(micro-TIG).
Micro relays for circuit boards. Copper magnet wire and print connections are welded together.
