Plasma Short-Time Welding

The plasma short-time welding process is used e.g. in the area of turbocharger production or in the production of glow plugs.

     Welding times from 0.02 seconds
     Life time of the electrode up to 30 times higher than the TIG welding
     Insensitive to contamination on the component to be welded
     No interference caused by RF arc ignition
     High process reliability and quality

Micro Plasma Welding

Manual and automated welding of thin-walled components (0.01-1mm). Application e.g. in the area of bellows or compensator manufacture (exhaust system automobile)

  •      Much cheaper than laser
